HOLIDAYS IN ONE OF THE MOST BEAUTIFUL CITIES IN THE WORLD Rondebosch Guest House is a new Capetonian Guest House. It is located in Rondebosch, a green suburb of Cape Town next to the Rugby and Cricket Stadiums and close to the University of Cape Town (UCT). The City Centre, the V&A Waterfront and the beaches can be reached easily. Our 9 guest rooms are furnished individually, each with its own comfortable touch. They all have their own bathroom, Sat-TV and wireless internet connection. |

The spacious house is situated in a large garden with its own pool area. It borders to the Cape Town residence of the South African President (Genadental).
A roofed over terrace, a large swimming pool and sun loungers are to your convenience. Laundry service, Internet terminal and on-site parking is available at reasonable charge. Airport transfers, tours and activities can be arranged on request. |

ACCOMODATION Each guest room has its own bathroom with shower, some rooms have a private balcony or terrace. All of the rooms are double rooms for 1 or 2 people. We also offer a large family room, which sleeps up to 4 persons. Sat-TV and WiFi are available in all rooms. Rondebosch Guest House is a non-smoking establishment. |

REACH The guest house is located close to the University of Cape Town (UCT) with easy reach by car using the M3 motor way: City Centre: 10 min., V&A Waterfront: 15 min., Clifton or Camps Bay beaches: 20 min. Public buses to and from the City Centre run every 20 min. Shops and restaurants are in walking distance. In April the popular Two Oceans Marathon starts just arround the corner at Main Road. The internationally well known Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and the legendary beer pub / beer garden Foresters Arms ("Fories") are a few minutes away. The wonderful wine region around Stellenbosch and Somerset West is within reach in 30 min. |

CANCELLATION Up to 2 weeks prior to arrival deposit will be returned less R 250.00 admin fee. Less than 2 weeks notice deposit is forfeited. In the case of "no show" the deposit is forfeited. There will be no refund of payments for cancellations of bookings scheduled between 01.06.2010 and 17.07.2010 (FIFA Soccer World Cup). |
